In its 10th year, the Wooster Arts Jazz Fest 2013 will feature over 50 artists, along with children’s activities — including a Kids Creative Station and Balloon twisting by Noah Sholl — music, and gourmet food. This free festival, which draws visitors from throughout the Northeast Ohio region, will take place on Saturday, Sept. 14, 2013, from 11:00 a.m.-7:00 p.m. in historic downtown Wooster.
