Food Vendor Regulations
Tented spaces will include: 2 tables (1 prep, 1 serving) with skirting.
Your application will be considered based on the types of food that
you will offer. The committee will not allow duplication of food
items. Beverages may be duplicated.
Your pricing will be shared with other vendors so that everyone
is operating on the same basis.
All vendors MUST remain up and running from 11:00 am until 6:00
pm. Violations will result in the loss of the deposit.
Vendors must provide chairs needed for your workers.
Be specific in requesting amount of space needed (see attached sheet)
if it exceeds the regular booth space.
Request type of electrical and water if needed. (see attached sheet)
Provide all electrical extension chords (110v and 220v available)
Water available. Must provide any needed (food-grade) hoses, extensions,
etc.
All vehicles must be parked off-site before 11am
Purchase Wayne County Health Department License (to be in compliance)
before event.
Put all garbage in dumpster at end of event. Dumpster located in
the North St. / Buckeye St. parking lot behind Liberty Street Commons.
Take all used cooking oil and similar products with you after event.
The Arts and Jazz Fest Committee is committed to making this a cooperative
event for all vendors. If you have special needs, or questions of

You will receive approval or rejection of your application as soon
as possible.
The submission of the application form
will be construed as acceptance of all conditions printed on the
enclosed information sheet. I understand that neither Main Street
Wooster Foundation, Inc., Wooster City Schools, nor anyone
affiliated with the Wooster Arts Jazz Fest, will be responsible
for any personal injury, loss, or damage.
